I partner with leaders to design decision environments that support clear, defensible judgement, especially in complex, high-pressure contexts.

Leadership teams rarely struggle because they lack intelligence or experience. They struggle because the conditions around decisions quietly work against good judgement. Under pressure, even capable leaders default to habits that slow decisions, blur accountability, weaken execution, and make outcomes harder to defend. Over time, this erodes performance, often without any single decision being “wrong”.

My work focuses on the ten dimensions that most influence mature leadership team decision-making, judgement, and sustained performance. When these conditions are designed deliberately, decisions move faster, accountability is clearer, and execution follows.

I bring more than 20 years of corporate experience in senior leadership and board roles, supported by qualifications in Psychology, Human Resources, an MBA, and a PhD in decision-making. Drawing on cognitive decision-making, psychology, and neuroscience, I help leaders improve clarity, collaboration, and performance when it matters most.

For fun, I like to make cheese, drink champagne, make short films and hang out with my cats.
