- Where to from here (re transformation as well as program)
- Allocation of homework.

Mentoring
A virtual mentoring session (to be taken at any point during the 6 months) will be conducted with each member of the executive team to work through practical concerns.
Re-baseline
Following the workshops and mentoring sessions, we will conduct a second diagnostic assessment to determine how the executive team are now making decisions, and the impact that is having on their teams and the organisation more broadly.
Workshop 6 (Half day): Debrief and problem solving
In this workshop, we will debrief the findings of the re-baseline assessment and facilitate problem solving of emerging practical issues.
